Make your own Zenner / ESP Cards & Practise daily

These cards are used in a card guessing game. This is to help test for the presence of ESP in an individual. They are also known as ESP cards. And were devised by Dr.Karl Zenner

METHOD

Each pack of Zenner cards contain 25 cards with 5 of each symbol

Use any hard poster card or paper

and cut out 25 even rectangular shapes (approx the size of a regular playing card)

Print out a set of x5 of each of the images above

5 Circles, 5 Waves, 5 Stars,5 Crosses & 5 Squares

There need to be 25 images altogether

Cut out images and paste it on the back of hard poster cards you have made

NOW TEST & PRACTISE YOUR ESP

When ready

Try to still the mind by deep breathing & relaxation

*You need to be relaxed for optimum result*

Shuffle the pack of cards

Now try to concentrate on the back (hidden image) of the top card - on the pack of 25

Try to guess/predict the image on the card

*practise your inner vision by naming the first image that comes up in your mind*

Go through the whole pack of 25 cards

Score yourself by recording your results on a piece of paper

Repeat the ESP test every day

Compare your results weekly & see your progress

* To prevent boredom, alternate your images by using that of*

FRUIT: apples / oranges / bananas / grapes / plums

COLOUR: red / yellow / blue / green / orange

NUMBERS: any 5 numbers ect
