THE LAW OF GRATITUDE

Gratitude means giving thanks from your Heart

When you do this, energy flows from your Heart and activates certain responses from other people as well as the Universe

LIP SERVICE

If you pay lip-service to gratitude or feel you ought to be thankful, your words and thoughts do not draw the same response

GRATITUDE

When you are totally grateful to a person for something they have done, that person feels the energy of thanks and is so overjoyed by it that they want to give you more

When you send out heartfelt thanks to the Universe for the blessings you have received, the 'Divine Energy' lovingly responds by giving you even more blessings

Heartfelt gratitude is a key to abundance. It unlocks the great resources of the Universe

Judgement and criticism are the opposite of gratitude and appreciation. Happy people do not do nasty things. Look for one good thing about the person who is nasty to you. Focus on appreciating or being grateful for it. His attitude to you may nor may not change, but you will feel good again

APPRECIATION

Appreciation is the breeze which can fan the tiniest spark into a great fire. When you appreciate even the tiniest thing in a person or situation, it grows. As soon as you are appreciating something and being grateful for it, you are focusing on it, so by the Law of Attention - it increases and multiplies

Judgement and criticism stunt and kill flowers. Gratitude is the sunshine which enables the petals to open up and blossom

CHALLENGES

When we realise that we are sent challenges because they help us to grow, we alter our attitude to them

Within every challenging situation, is the gift of a lesson. Our task is to learn the lesson and appreciate what it has taught us

It is human and understandable to be devastated at the death of a child. The parents are usually very sad, bitter and angry. Enlightened ones know that every child is a loan from God, a gift of love which brings responsibilities and challenges

KEEP A GRATITUDE JOURNAL

If you want you life to become happier, healthier and more abundant - keep a gratitude journal. Every day write down a few things you are thankful for. You will find yourself looking for good things to record in it. You will automatically become more positive and appreciative. Before you go to bed - rake through the cinders of the day and find the Golden nuggets. Be grateful for them
