THE LAW OF BLESSINGS

When you bless someone, you are invoking 'Divine Energy' to touch them. When this is done with genuine intent a shaft of 'Divine Light' is transferred into the person you are blessing

In some religions priests place a hand on the head of a person as they bless them. They are activating the Crown Chakra- so that 'light' can pass into them. This is such a powerful and personal thing to do, that in many cultures it is considered bad manners to touch the Crown Chakra

Raising your hand in the direction of the person you wish to bless directs the blessing towards them

THE AVATARS

(Fully Enlightened Beings)

We are privileged to live on Earth at a time when there are great Avatars in physical embodiment. Avatars are 'Divine' incarnations

They are pure undiluted 'Divine Energy' and are omniscient, omnipotent beings

They have the power to heal through grace. However, they must regard the Spiritual laws. They will not give healing until the person has learnt his lesson

It is said that you cannot receive a blessing from an Avatar without being changed to the deepest core of your being

DHARSHAN

In eastern cultures a blessing is called a 'dharshan'. There are some Avatars, those fully enlightened beings who are totally connected to the 'Divine God', who give 'dharshan' to those who come to see them

SAI BABA

In India Sai Baba is a great Avatar. His mere presence confers a blessing. His message is about duty and devotion. It is said as he gives his 'dharshan', a golden cosmic flame leave his Heart Chakra (energy center) and enters yours

AMMA

Also called the 'hugging mother' whose message of love and tolerance, simply radiates light and compassion. When she gives 'dharshan', after hugging you she looks into your eyes and transfers 'Divine Energy' directly into your Heart. She too takes on the pain of her devotees

MOTHER MEERA

She is another Indian Avatar, who lives in Germany and gives 'dharshan' from her home. It is said that her purpose in settling there is to heal the Nuremberg line and clear the dark energy left from the wars as well as spreading light through her blessings

BLESS THE FOOD

It is said when you bless your food and say thank you for it, it is filled with 'Divine Energy'. Much of our food that we eat contain no or very little energy, because of poor cooking, irradiation, chemicals or long storage. Kirlian photography can film the energy of food and has shown that when this food is blessed , it once more radiates 'Life-Force' and Vitality

It is better to try and eat fresh organic food wherever possible. By blessing your food and asking 'The Divine' to fill it with whatever nutrients you need for optimum health, can help you on a physical as well as a spiritual level

It is said that nothing is more wonderful that eating food that has had Mantras sung over it during preparation and cooking - for the food is blessed

Bless everyone and fill them with 'Divine Energy' and you will open to the blessing of the Universe

Bless someone when they sneeze - so that 'Divine Energy' may enter them and they will be healthy

Bless your plants - and they will grow abundantly

Bless your home - so that it iw always filled with peace & love

Bless your body - and it will become a beautiful temple for your Spirit

Bless your relationships - that they may be filled with love

Bless your partner - so that you may love and support each other

Bless your children - so they will be protected and guided
