WHERE IS THE ASTRAL PLANE ?

Some believe that there are 13 Planes of Consciousness on the Astral Plane, some demonic and others Angelic. Most mediums, seem to channel the Angelic Past of the Astral. WHAT IS CHANNELING ?

Channeling is more than just a relationship between two beings - one Physical, and the other Disincarnate. It brings you into a wider Consciousness, where you have access to knowledge from many different times and places. You might frown at the thought of Guides being called 'living beings', yet they are alive on the Astral Plane, in another Realm of Consciousness. Their energy still continues in spirit

HOW DO YOU CHANNEL?

TRANCE / DEEP MEDITATION

Trance or deep Meditation provides an excellent atmosphere for Channeling. Trance and Channeling go hand in hand. The Trance State allows you to separate yourself from the Spirit Guide you are channeling. It creates an open chanel that is very receptive and in tune with Higher Beings. Many Trance exist, each person must find their own depth, depending on their personal ideas and preferences

LIGHT TRANCE

In a Light Trance one is able to remain fully consious, listening to the information being transmitted through you, despite any interference from your external environment. You 'tune out' the outside world for a while, tuning 'in' to the Inner Realms of Spirit. You could experience different sensations - a tingling on either side of the body and various unexpected emotions (possibly not your own)

These alternative states are almost 'dreamlike'. Naturally the depth of Trances varies greatly from person to person. Most people agree that unless you document what is channeled during a Trance, it is rarely remembered later

DEEP TRANCE

In a Deep Trance, a person becomes unconscious. There is a personality change as the Spirit enters. A new voice and manner of speech emerges. This is voluntary with the channel - giving the Spirit Guide permission to use his / her body. It is best to work with someone, rather than alone in this case. The helper can tape or note down all that is said during the Deep Trance

Such channeling demands great trust in Spirit and a strong friendship with the helper, who will be recording what takes place. Again the depth of trance varies from individual to individual

CHANNELING NEED NOT BE RESTRICTED

Channeling need not to be restricted to Trance State. You can even continue clear, conscious conversations with your Spirit Guides, while driving your car or even cooking dinner or while sitting quietly alone. Interaction between you and your Guides will create a new way of thinking and behaving for you. You will learn to bond with Beings rather different from us, in trust and love

METHOD FOR CHANNELING

1. On the day of Channeling, eat only fruit - avoid alcohol, cigarettes and meat

2. Cleanse the Aura by taking a bath - with 3 tablespoon of salt added

3. Meditate and put yourself in contact with your Inner Self

4. Give permission for your Spirit Guides to use your body to offer Spiritual Teachings

5. Your Guides will move through the 'Left Hand Side' of your body, stirring up many emotions in fact your feelings will be in turmoil

6. Do not be afraid

7. Guides will never make contact if they feel they are hurting or frightening you

8. Channeling is a Natural phenomenon, and when you are able to channel, it will simply happen quietly and naturally

9. You may channel as often as you feel your 'Guides' have Teachings to offer

There are wonderful benefits from Channeling. An enhanced sense of being loved, needed and protected and a feeling of a trusted, reliable friendship.
