Summer's almost gone
The warm days are
getting fewer
I'm glad summer's

When you come to me with your problems.... you need me
I become totally involved
But when you share your happiness..... I am sometimes left out

One of our most valuable assets is
Our ability to give our thoughts wings to fly
By wondering in our minds.....
We can visit places without physical limitations
and journey to beautiful imagined landscapes

To know life
Is to see a thing in its complexity
and to know it simply

To be alone, yet not lonely
to be hurt, yet to love
to feel fear, yet not be afraid
to feel change, yet not confusion
......is to understand

in your learning from me of life and love.......
Than see someone or something

Walk on beyond

An endless task

There was a time when I believed in all words
This time when I was young.
I would listen .....believing
Over the years my ears have become calloused
and somewhat deaf to the words.........false to the heart from which they spoke
I cried ,often in silence from the hurts
But wounds would soon heal, the scab disappears, leaving only a scar to remind me
Now, I listen with my eyes

Hoping that something will happen with the dawn
