Activate Your Chakras

You can activate a Chakra through chanting a sound at its specific frequency. Although the pitch of the sound might not be in your personal key,it nontheless has the effect of the frequency when you chant

People chanting together in groups naturally create beautiful harmonies that focus the frequency much like a magnifying glass can focus the rays of the sun so intensely as to start a fire

Chanting

1. To chant,start off with three deep cleansing breaths

2. Then take another deep breath in from your diaphragm

3. As you exhale,again from the diaphragm,let the sound come for the duration of the exhaled breath

4. These sounds activate the various higher chakras,and you can feel this happen. As you become more adept at chanting, you will find that you can hold the sound longer

5. Always chant in the order of the Chakras

6. To open communication with higher realms, you will want to focus on opening the four upper Chakras

Different Chants for Different Chakras

Heart Chakra (4th) - Yam

Throat Chakra (5th) - Ham

Brow Chakra (6th or Third Eye) - Ah

Crown Chakra - (7th) Om (Aum in its Eastern representation)

Music also open and activates the Chakras, which is one reason so many spiritual and religious ceremonies incorporate singing and song

Singing brings in the sounds of the Chant,and the song or music,adds depths and intensity through the resonation of the notes

Try playing different kinds of music during your Spiritual / Angel communication sessions and observe how it affects the experience

Method

Put these Chants together in patterns of sound to compose a more extended Chant that is like an esoteric song

Then sit in lotus pose,half-lotus pose or cross-legged with your back straight and Chant your song

Feel the resonation of each tone in your body as the tone activates the corresponding Chakra

Think of one of your favourite songs,a song you like to listen to because it makes you feel happy or peaceful or just good.Can you sing or hum that song in ways that create these same resonances within your body

Pythagoras - Discovered the Music of the Spheres

Celestial music has ancient origins,dating to the sixth century B.C.E. It was the father of mathematics himself, Pythagoras, who discovered the Music of the Spheres

Playing around with some string one day,Pythagoras discoverd that interrupting a plucked string's vibrations at the string's halfway point produced the same note as when pluckeing the string's full length,because the half-length note vibrated at twice the frequency of the full-length note.The distance between these sounds was that of eight notes - an octave. The convergance of sound between the primary and secondary notes became known as harmonic. The longer the string, in theory,the more harmonic possibilities exist.The most intriguing array of these possibilities float on the HARP,with its many long strings establishing innumerable harmonies called overtones

In Pythagora time, the prevailing perception of the design of the Universe held that the planets were spheres occupying fixed positions in the heavens, in a linear path from the earth to heaven. These positions, aligned like the intervals in an octave.Music,ancient philosophers believed emobodied the energy of the Universe and each planet had a unique vibratory frequency.Because the planets aligned at intervals, the vibration of one produced a sound as well as activated sounds among its harmonics.This idea become known as the Music of the Spheres

The Harp - Instrument of the Angels

The harp's overtones became associated with the Music of the Spheres, and many ancient philosophers posited the premise that this music marked the path of communication between the gods and humans. Certain aspects of this premise melded into monotheisitic belief systems of later centuries, giving rise to the belief that the harp is the instrument of Angels and that we can summon the Angels through harp music

Other instuments with long, multiple string such as the SITAR and the modern GUITAR can produce hamonics limited to perhaps three or four overtones, depending on the primary note and the musician's skill to 'split' the string with just the right placement and weight of touch

Musicologists point out that the music of The Beatles, with its range of instrumentation, including the sitar, contains overtones, harmonics and rhythms extraordinarily similar, translated into the language of mathematics that is the foundation of all music, to the Music of the Spheres. Could it be that the Fab Four were communing with the Angelic Realms when they recorded their landmark "White Album" ?

Bridging the Barriers with Harps, Lyres & Lutes

In the rich abundance of Angel imagery from the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance, we often see Angels playing harps, lyres, and lutes.The belief evolved that making the same sounds as these heavenly instruments allowed as humans to bridge the language barrier and communicate directly with the Angels

This belief held that upon hearing us send to the heavens the notes they themselves used to beckon each other, the Angels would come down to Earth to see what we wanted.Music came to premeate all kinds of spiritual and religious celebrations, from weddings to funerals to gatherings of worship across denominational and cultural boundaries

Across time and continents, Gregorian monks in Western Europe and Tibetan monks in Eastern Asia, chanted the same tones to comunicate with Angels

The chant is deceptive in its simplicity.Nearly everyone can make the single-note single-syllable sounds of the basic chants.Maybe it is so because the energy of the sound resonates to the body's energy patterns,maybe because the sounds happen to be strikingly similar to the first noncryng sounds humans make.Whatever the reason, chant leaders are able to hold groups of dozens to hundreds of voices together on the same note, at the same pitch, for extended chanting sessions to produce flows of sound that certainly must be as pleasing to celestial ears as to human ears

The Crown Chakra - Our Connection to the Universe

Om / Aum /Amen

The Crown Chakra, our energy connection to the Universe and the Divine, resonates to the Om tone.Even the prayer-closing Amen familiar in Judaic and Christian practices is said to be a variantion of the Om chant, derived from the Eastern phonetic spelling of the syllable as Aum

Amen - Clearing the way for Prayer-Energy Transfer

Amen actually opens the Crown Chakra,clearing the way for your prayer message to leave you for the Divine.It is said that when you ask the Angels to carry your messages upward, end your request with Om or Amen to facilitate this energy transfer.Then to remember your grounding on Earth,gently close your Crown Chakra by envisioning the open petals of a lotus blossum slowly folding in upon themselves

Identify the Specific Notes that Call to the Angels through the Music of the Speres

Advanced Chakra Chant & Pitch Pipe

At your local music store you will find different pitch pipes for various instruments and purposes

Look for one that has any or all of the notes B A F# G# (F & G sharp) These notes correspond with the chant syllables as follows

B - OM /Aum - the note of the Crown Chakra

A - Ah - the note of the Brow (Third Eye) Chakra

F# - Ham - the note of the Throat Chakra

G# - Yam - the note of the Heart Chakra

Method

1. Sound one of these notes on your pitch pipe.Experiment with it, making it long,short,soft and loud.Become familiar just with the sound until you can hear it in your head without the pitch pipe. Hear it ?

2. Now breathe in and breathe out 3 slow,deep breaths. In through your nose and out through your mouth

3. Breathe in one...two...three...four...five

4. Breathe out one...two..three...four...five

5. Feel your breath enter your throat,travel to your lungs,fill your lungs and move to every cell in your body

6. Notice the rhythm of your breathing and how it calms your body and your mind

7. Notice too, the path of the breath retreating from your body and returning to the atmosphere

8. Put the pitch pipe to your lips and take a breath in over the count of five

9. When you breathe out, blow through the pitch pipe in the same pattern, one..two...three..four...five

10. Listen to the sound

11. Breathe in and breathe out through the pitch pipe over the count of five

12. Again listen to the sound

13. Keep doing this until the sound you make is steady and consistent whether you are breathing in or breathing out.This do take a bit of concentration so take a break if you get tired.If you feel lightheaded,you're breathing too fast - so slow down

14. Now breathe in through the pitch pipe over the count of five,remove the pitch pipe from your lips, and when you breathe out, let the same sound as the note on the pitch pipe come through your own vocal cords.Form the sound for the count of five.Use the earlier chant syllable for the note you are playing.Practice this pattern - in through the pitch pipe,out through your vocal cords, until the sounds match.Practice each note,one at a time until,it sounds clear and true

15. Now hear and feel the sounds for each of the notes as they enter your ear and resonate throughout your body, then leave and return to the energy of the Universe.Can you feel the sound follow the path of your breathing, you life force,carrying vital energy to all the cells in your body?Practice with the notes until they are familiar

Method

Harmonize with the Celestial Sphere

1. Now only use only the pitch pipe to warm up your voice.Then you'll string chant syllables together to create your own harmonic combinations for the Celestial Spheres. From here on, you can enter meditation with celestial music from your lips to the Angels's ears

2. Take several preparatory,cleansing breaths

3. Breathe in through your nose one..two..three...four...five

4. and breathe out through your mouth one..two..three...four...five

5. Using your pitch pipe, sound each of the higher Chakra notes

6. Breathe in through your nose for the count of five

7. and breathe out through your mouth and the pitch pipe over the count of five

B - Crown Chakra

A - Third Eye Chakra (Brow)

F# - Throat Chakra

G# - Heart Chakra

8. Now use your voice to sound each of the higher Chakra chant tones

9. Again, breathe in through your nose for the count of five

10. Then allow your vocal cords to make the sound of each chant tone as you breathe out over the count of five

11. Do all four tones, one at a time

B - Om / Aum

A - Ah

F# - Ham

G# - Yam

12. Now put any two chant tones together

13. Sound one and then the other on successive breaths

14. Remember to breathe in through your nose for the count of five

15. Then draw each chant note for the count of five as you breathe out

16. Practice until you like the way your tones sound

17. Also pay attention to what happens in your body and your mind as you chant

18. Do you feel yourself opening and becoming one with the Universe?

19. When you are comfortable with your two-tone message,add a third tone

20. Work your way up to incorporating all four tones and then experiment with different combiantions of tones

21. Write it down so you can create Angel messages.Just remember to form intent around what you want each tone or combination of tones to represent

22. Create messages for health,prosperity,abundance or whatever you desire the Spiritual Realm to help you with
