FREQUENCY

Like other electromagnetic frequencies, including x-rays, radio waves, light waves - the Intuitive Flow, is also an ongoing current of Energy

In a sense tuning in to Intuition, is like tuning in to a radio station

When we tune in, we are literally on the same wavelenght of any frequency we desire

Just as many light waves, the colour spectrum are invisible to the eye. The frequencies of Intuition are undetectable to those who are not specifically tuned into them

The more sensitive we become to their Energy, the more we are able to tap into our Intuition

Psychics are often associated with the term 'sensitives'

KIRLIAN PHOTOGRAPHY

Science has proven that there is an identifiable Field of Electromagnetic Energy around each of us. Through a special process known as Kirlian Photography, this field becomes visible to the naked eye. Kirlian Photographs of humans, plants and certain inanimate objects show an 'Aura' emanation from each one. This 'Aura' Energy Field, which surrounds all of us, stems from a larger Universal Energy Field - THE FLOW. We all conduct the energy of The Flow and degrees of this Energy naturally radiate throughout each one of us

They say when people are is states of high energy, they are described in terms of increased light e.g Pregnant women are said to 'glow', brides are 'radiant' and saints are portrayed with bright 'halos' around their heads. A person who has finally seen the light, is descrived as been 'enlightened'

LEARN HOW TO FEEL YOUR OWN ENERGY FIELD (Aura)

1. Work up warmth by -briskly rubbing your hands toghether

2. As soon as they feel good & warm (30sec), hold your hands palm to palm lining up the fingers

3. Now, slowly begin to pull your hands away from each other

4. Until you feel a PUSH or PULL (some feel the one, some feel the other)

5. That suggest you have come to the edge of a chunk / field of Energy

6. This usually occur when your hands are 4-8 inches apart

7. If you don't get it right, keep on practising by moving the hands closer together, then further apart

8. Once you get the PUSH / PULL going between your hands, you will get the idea of what the Energy Fields feel and how to sense it more easily

9. This Energy Field you sensed between your hands - is actually YOUR AURA

METHOD IN SENSING THE BODY'S ENERGY FIELD

1. Find a partner

2. Sit down with him/her in a pair of straight-backed chairs

3. The subject must close his/her eyes and begin to breathe deeply and rhythmatically

4. The sensor should warm up with the hands-engergy field exercise

5. When you both feel relaxed

6. the sensor stands behind the subject - who is still seated

7. Raise his/her hand plus minus a foot above the partners head

8. Very slowly move the hands down until, the sensor starts to feel the shift in Energy that marks 'the edge' of the subjects Aura

9. Again the sensor can play with that 'squishy' feeling of Energy Flow, until he/she feels exactly where the demarcation lie

10. The perimeter of each individual's 'Personal' Energy Field, varies widely and some people have a much more prominent and more easily sensed Aura than others

11. If you don't feel anything, the first time, keep on practising. Practise makes perfect!

Yin & Yang

At the heart of Chinese philosophy lies the idea of Yin & Yang. They believe that these positive & negative engergies are the building blocks of our planet, human life, and the rest of the Universe. Both Yin & Yang contain elements of each other, which help to provide balance in life and make it more interesting. The negative, passive force is called Yin. It is said to be feminine and stands for dark, cold inner energy. The positive, active force is called Yang. It is said to be masculine, and stands for light, warm, outer energy

Prana

Prana for Hindus, is the engergy or Life Force that runs through the whole Universe. It enters us when we breathe, and leaves us in the last breath when we die

Ch'i

Chinese people believe in a positive energy, called Ch'i, that runs through the body in channels know as meridians and also around the World. The opposite of Ch'i is Sha which is negative energy

Kundalini

Indian people sees the Kundalini like a coiled snake at the bottom of our spine. When we move this energy up our spine, through our energy centers, it's said to change our consciousness and enlightment

Earth's Pulse

It is said that planet Earth has its own magnetic pulse, which we need around us to stay in good health. 'the Pulse' was discovered in 1952 by a Schumann - a German Scientist. NASA now puts magnetic pulse generators - Schumann Simulators - into all spacecraft that carry astronauts. This is to to prevent them becoming ill, when they are up in space and away from the electromagnetic force field of the earth

The Earth's Energy Lines - Ley Lines

Ley lines are to the Earth what the meridian system is to the human body

They are thought to make up a system of straight energy lines that runs criss-cross along the Earth's surface

Ancient people who may have been more sensitive to the energies of the Earth, build their temples, sacred wells and shrines along the paths of the ley lines

It is believed that hauntings and supernatural activities also appear more often along ley lines

The lines themselves are not always easy to find, but they send out a lot of powerful energy

Some people believe that the lines are above an underground rock fault and is connected across the whole Earth and form a planetary grid

The Chinese people call their ley lines 'dragons paths' and they are of great importance when it comes to Feng Shui - the art of positioning buildings and objects in harmony with Nature
