How to make contact with your Guardian Angel

1. Sit or lie quietly & comfortably

2. Make yourself calm & centered by breathing more deeply than usual, relaxing on the outbreath until your whole body feel calm

3. Imagine each out-breath is Gold and filling your Aura - until you are in an egg of Golden light

4. Ask 'your Angel' to come close and enter your aura

5. Feel its gentle wings enfold you and relax into the safety

6. You may feel a gentle presence or a draft of air on your face. You may also sense special peace or love or even smell a beautiful fragrance. It will be very subtle

7. Relax, knowing that 'your Angel' is with you

8. You can ask your 'Guardian Angel' its name. Rejoice if its name comes into your mind, but don't worry if it doesn't

9. Enfolded in the love & security of your 'Guardian Angel'

10. Now become aware of other Angels around you and how much love each has for you !

11. Breathe in all the love available to you. Remind yourself you deserve to be loved

12. When you are ready open your eyes gently

1. Think about them frequently. Bring them into your life by focusing on them

2. Ask them to come closer and help cleanse and purify your thoughts, so that your Aurid Field is more penetrable to their fine vibrations
