To make affirmation, speak your words with energy and intent

Make sure your affirmation contain only positive words. The unconsious mind cannot compute negatives. It simply ignores them

e.g 'I do not want to be sad' - better to say 'I am ready to be happy'

'I am not going to lose the game' - better to say 'I am a winner'

'I do not want to live in this house' - better to say 'I am ready to move house'

Even more effective to describe in detail how you will feel and to affirm

Affirmations must be in the present tense
