Everybody will Experience OOBE

It is said we all have 3 bodies - Physical, Astral and the Aura which keep all 3 in alignment. The latter 2 bodies cannot be seen with the naked eye, they can be felt or perceived by those with developed Psychic abilities

(Some even believe we have 7 different bodies)

When you travel on the Astral plane, it becomes a Physical experience in that you believe and feel it is your Physical body suspended and floating around. The sensation is so convincing that no thought of a 'dream state' enters your mind

On the Astral Plane, you experience complete freedom without tension. To move to another location, you have merely to think of your destinatiion and you are on your way, almost instantly arriving there

During Sleep

It is said that people can project themselves into the astral plane, and have experiences there while their Physical bodies are asleep

At Free Will or During Other Situations

Some people and children, seem to be able to do it without even trying. They can travel anywhere simply by using your will

The average person finds it difficult to visualise existence on any other plane than Physical, but some people have developed the ability to leave the Physical body and travel on the Astral or Spiritual Plane, using their Astral bodies as the temporary vehicles of their consciousness. Everyone,at one time or another will undergo OOBE or Astral projection while sleeping or unconscious (under anaesthetics)

Typical Feelings during OOBE

Try to remember whether this experience is familiar to you.You come home after an exhausting day's work,spend a few hours in front of the TV,and feel drowsiness enveloping you.You go to bed and expect to fall asleep in a few minutes

However,suddenly and mysteriously,you find your body paralyzed.Noises echo in your ears,flashes of bright light light pass through your closed eyes.And then you feel as if you are beginning to float.A moment later,you open your eyes,and find yourself floating above your body

You are really floating in the air and you can look down at your body and gaze at it,and you can look at everything in your room and see what is happening there.You do not feel judgment or worried,it seems as if your brain has been completely liberated from the limits of the body and the subjective mind,and you feel a sense of expanded awareness,and a kind of feeling of freedom and lightness

And as you begin to understand and wonder about the nature of the situation you find yourself in,you experience a blackout of a fraction of a second,and then you 'wake up' and find youreself inside your body,lying in your bed. If this excperience sounds familiar to you,you have experienced Astral Travel.This experience is not so rare,and many people have it,even if they do not know that it should be defined as an OOBE - Out-of-body-experience

In the Astral, the Astral body leaves the physical body.The Astral body is one of 3 -( or 7 like some some believe) energetic bodies that exist around the physical body

Some People are afraid of Leaving the Physical Body

Certain people can go off on Astral Travels naturally.Others are afraid of leaving the physical body and fight against it,so they do not succeed in going on Astral Travel.In the Astral we remain linked to our body,and to this dimension by means of the silver cored- very much like a umbilical cord - that joins the Astral Body to the Physical body,but we cannot see it

Where do you going during Astral Travel ?

During the course of Astral Travel,the person may reach different places,different dimensions of awareness.They may visit some place in the present and be there while things occur (mainly places where there are people who are near to them or places where they have a special interest in the events that are occuring there) or some place in past or the future,which exists in other dimensions

Many people describe seeing temples or unfamiliar holy places during their Astral Travel.Sometimes,when the Astral Travel commences,a white horse or a black panther appears,symbolizing the beginning of the journey
